1. Services and Scope Booma Labs provides software development, maintenance, and hosting services. The specific scope of work for any project is governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement.

2. SMS Terms (2FA) By opting into our 2FA service, you agree to receive automated security codes.

• Program Description: SMS is used exclusively for security and identity verification.
• Opt-Out: Text STOP to cancel. A confirmation text will be sent.
• Support: Text HELP for assistance or email hello@boomalabs.com.
• Carriers: Carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Hosting & Security While Booma Labs utilizes secure, enterprise-grade hosting environments, we do not guarantee 100% uptime.

• Backups: While we perform routine backups, Clients are responsible for maintaining independent copies of their data.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  

4. Intellectual Property Unless otherwise agreed in an SOW, all code, frameworks, and tools owned by Booma Labs prior to an engagement remain the property of Booma Labs. Upon full payment, the Client is granted the rights specified in their individual contract.

5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by Arizona law, in no event shall Booma Labs be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Booma Labs in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law & Venue These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
